PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to register for midwinter unless you plan to attend YWC or the Legacy Connection. The midwinter registration fee is covered for all CO students. Attendance is required throughout the class.

Using your 2018 Budget? A nonrefundable $100 deposit can be made by November 17, 2017 to lock in the early bird rates. Balance due in full by January 10, 2018. Accounts not paid in full by the deadline will be charged the regular rates (less deposit).

Scholarships are available for credentialed, active Covenant pastors, missionaries, and chaplains (military and institutional) who are in good standing, as well as retired Covenant pastors who are not actively serving in a paid ministry position.
All applicants will be responsible for paying the $100 non-refundable deposit. Register by November 17, and pay only the deposit. Register after November 17, pay the full amount, and receive reimbursement minus $100 after Midwinter.

Please use this form to submit any cancellation or substitution requests. Cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone. Registrations with $100 deposit only will not be refunded. Cancelled registrations with a balance paid in full and received prior to January 19, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. After January 19 a $100 fee applies for all cancellations. Exceptions may be made on an individual basis.
Substitutions will be accepted from the same church or institution, providing the registration and fee paid for Youth Workers Connection and/or Midwinter are the same for the new registrant as the original registrant. To make any substitutions, contact the events registrar at email@example.com. Make sure to include the name, address, telephone number, and email address of the substitute.
Your participation at Midwinter 2018 implies permission for the ECC to reproduce your image, likeness, or voice in connection with any recorded display or reproduction of Midwinter in post-event publicity and publicity for other such events sponsored by the ECC. Thank you!
